This Privacy Policy explains what information Armonía Connect ("we," "us," "our") collects when you visit this site, purchase a course, or use the Armonía Connect Studio, how we use it, and who we share it with.
Name and email address (collected at checkout, and again if you complete your student profile); billing address (collected by Stripe during payment); profile information you choose to add (instrument, experience level, years playing, a short bio, and a profile photo); messages you send to the instructor or the student community; and anything you include in a contact form submission.
We also automatically collect login activity tied to your access code (timestamps, and a hashed — not raw — version of your IP address, used only to detect access-code sharing), and your browser's local storage, which holds your session token so you stay logged in between visits.
We do not collect or store your full credit card number. Payment is processed entirely by Stripe, and is subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy. We receive only your name, email, billing address, and confirmation that payment succeeded.
Armonía Connect includes messaging with the instructor, and direct messaging between students. To protect your account, your access code is never shown to other students — a separate, non-sensitive identifier is used instead so students can message each other without exposing login credentials. Conversations between students are private; the instructor cannot view them.
We share information only with the service providers required to run Armonía Connect: Stripe (payments), Supabase (database and file storage), Resend (transactional email), and Vercel (hosting). We do not sell your information to anyone.
Armonía Connect is used by students who may be under 18. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian should review this policy and complete the purchase on your behalf. We collect only the information described above, used solely to operate the course.
We retain your information for as long as your course access remains active, and as needed to comply with legal and tax obligations. You can request deletion of your account information by emailing us.
You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing maestro.armoniaconnect@gmail.com.
