By purchasing or using Armonía Connect, you agree to these Terms. If you're under 18, a parent or guardian must review this and complete the purchase on your behalf.
Your $100 purchase grants full access to this specific course — built around the current season's All-State Audition Etudes — through the Armonía Connect Studio (our student app and website). When a new season's etudes are released, a separate course covering that repertoire is created as an additional purchase. Buying this course does not entitle you to future seasons' courses.
Each access code is issued to one student for personal, non-commercial use only, and may be logged into one active session at a time. Logging in on a new device automatically ends any other session using that code. Codes may not be sold, shared, gifted, or otherwise transferred.
You may not share your access code, record or redistribute any lesson video, performance track, etude, or chord book, attempt to bypass the single-session system, or access the course without a valid code of your own.
Community features and direct messaging between students are meant for encouragement, questions, and support related to your preparation. Harassment, bullying, sharing inappropriate content, or any other behavior that wouldn't be acceptable in a classroom is not tolerated and may result in immediate revocation of access without refund. Direct messages between students are private and not monitored — if you experience concerning behavior, please report it to maestro.armoniaconnect@gmail.com.
Violating these Terms may result in immediate revocation of your access without refund. Unauthorized distribution of course materials may also constitute copyright infringement under U.S. law, which we intend to enforce — including DMCA takedown requests and legal action where appropriate.
All course materials — videos, performance tracks, etudes, chord books, and related content — are original copyrighted works owned by Isaak Matovich / Armonía Connect. Purchasing a course grants a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use them for your own education — not ownership.

The service is provided "as is," with no guarantee of any particular musical or audition outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the course.
